PRICES FOR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS

Orders for custom made items using styles and sizes shown on the CHOOSE A STYLE page will be charged at the prices shown. Additional costs will only apply on orders requiring extra pattern cutting and design.

Postage for garments, or fabric sent for custom made items will be paid for by the customer. Please make sure that you use a secure method of postage such as Recorded Delivery as Eco-dinky cannot be held responsible for any items sent which are lost in transit.

Custom made orders need to be paid for up front and in full. Orders will be delivered within 14 to 28 days once full payment is received or, in the case of customers sending fabric/clothing, once the full payment and the fabric/clothing have been received.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER

Eco-dinky does not store or use credit card information. All orders are paid for using PayPal which is a safe and secure online payment system. For customers who are not familiar with PayPal please click on the link below for a short demonstration:

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

Postage and packaging are charged at a flat rate of £3-50 for the UK, £5-50 for Europe and £8-50 for the rest of the world.

Packaging is 100% biodegradable.

RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately refunds cannot be given, at any time, for custom made items, except in the rare circumstance of them being faulty or damaged. 

In the case of accessories, or anything bought directly from the online shop we operate a no quibble returns policy. If you are not happy with your item, for whatever reason, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt about your intention to return it. Items need to be be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition, and a full refund will be given. Returns may be subject to a small administration fee.

Items returned after this time cannot be refunded and no refunds can be given for items which have been damaged or worn.
